Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 1pm-9pm

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will be required to maintain a vigilant presence and ensure the safety of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

The following duties are essential for fulfilling the requirements of this role. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
  • Execute security operations as detailed in the Post Order Manual and related policies, as directed by management.
  • Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of the assigned areas, which may include golf cart or bicycle patrols.
  • Identify and report any security threats, unsafe conditions, or emergencies.
  • Perform site-specific tasks based on assignment, which may encompass customer service, loss prevention, and various safety roles.
  • Document incidents accurately and comprehensively during your shift, noting any unusual occurrences and resolutions.
  • Familiarize yourself with all site-specific policies and procedures, and implement emergency responses as necessary.
  • Adhere to all company protocols, maintain acceptable attendance, and follow grooming and customer service standards.
  • Participate in all required training and orientation programs.
  • Respond to incidents during your shift in accordance with established protocols, ensuring timely reporting and notification of relevant parties.
  • Assist with security, customer service, or other functions as directed by your supervisor.
Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior military experience or relevant education in security is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in security, law enforcement, or customer service is desirable.
  • Successful completion of a background investigation and drug/alcohol testing may be required.
  • A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record may be necessary for certain positions.
  • Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality is essential.
  • Ability to produce clear and concise reports.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Certifications / Licenses Required:
  • Completion of background checks as required.
  • Fulfillment of any additional client or jurisdictional requirements.
