Job Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic organization. We are looking for a forward-thinking Chef Manager to lead our culinary and food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of culinary management, including inventory control, ordering, and receiving.
  • Experience with P&L accountability and contract-managed services is advantageous.
  • Expertise in menu creation, cost management, purchasing, and inventory, with an emphasis on sourcing local ingredients.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to sustainability practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with HACCP principles.
  • A minimum of three years in culinary management within contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant environments, with knowledge of inventory and purchasing.
  • In-depth understanding of food and catering trends, focusing on quality, production, sanitation, food cost management, and presentation.
  • Experience in exhibition cooking is required.
  • ServSafe certification is a plus.
