DriveLine Solutions is seeking a qualified Class A OTR Solo Truck Driver to join our team. As a driver with our company, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary and enjoy a range of benefits.

Compensation
  • Pay: Average weekly pay of $1,200.00 for drivers with 3 months of experience
  • Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the 2nd hour
  • Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
  • Sign-On Bonus: $500 after the first load, $500 after 30 days
  • Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, eligible on the 1st of the month following your hire date
Home Time and Shift
  • Out 12 days, home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend
  • Access to an operations specialist 24/7
Equipment and Lane Info
  • 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or KW's
  • Average length of haul over 600 miles
  • Drivers average 2,200+ miles per week
Running Areas or Region
  • OTR covering all 48 states, with the majority of freight being East of I-35
  • No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs
Touch or No Touch Freight
  • 100% no-touch freight
  • 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload
