About the RoleThe Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Oncology will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of patient care services, including admission and discharge processes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with blood cancer and bone marrow transplant needs.
Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care services, including admission and discharge processes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Support staff development and education to improve patient care
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification within 60 months of employment start date
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
