Job Summary

The Kitchen Crew Member will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

This individual will contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchen while upholding high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Food Preparation Tasks: Assist with chopping vegetables, preparing meats, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and instructions.
  • Cooking and Grilling Menu Items: Ensure they are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Maintain a Clean Workspace: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, replenish supplies as needed, and support the team at various kitchen stations.
  • Dishwashing Duties: Assist with cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring they are properly sanitized and stored.
  • Receiving and Storing Food Deliveries: Receive and store food deliveries, rotate stock, and conduct inventory counts to ensure adequate supplies are available for daily operations.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation Standards: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen crew and communicate effectively with chefs, cooks, and servers.
  • Follow Protocols: Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols, as well as company policies and procedures.
