Job Title: Certified Personal Care Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Personal Care Aide to join our team at Modivcare in Binghamton, NY. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, providing non-clinical personal care and support services to enable them to remain healthy and independent in their home and community settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional personal care services, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients.
  • Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, such as transportation, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.
  • Support clients in completing activities of daily living and promote patient safety, hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, and social engagement.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Requirements:
  • NYS Certified Personal Care Aide Certification or NYS Certified Home Health Aide Certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
