Job Summary

We are seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team at The Colony Healthcare Center. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
  • Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
