Job Summary

As a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, you will play a vital role in supporting the pharmacy team in providing exceptional patient care and services. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, including counting, measuring, and labeling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication lists and allergy information.
  • Ensure a safe and efficient pharmacy environment by following proper procedures for handling medications and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering patient questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve goals and objectives, including improving patient satisfaction and reducing errors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • PTCB certification or registration required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
