Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Therapy Solutions. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete accurate and thorough record keeping in regards to resident care.
  • Coordinate with nursing staff to plan daily services, programs, and activities.
  • Prepare and administer medications, reviewing medication cards for completeness and accuracy.
  • Review resident care plans to ensure goals, problems, approaches, and revisions are met.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing personnel, making daily rounds to ensure direct care is provided in accordance with resident care plans.
Requirements
  • A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
