We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Therapy Solutions. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Complete accurate and thorough record keeping in regards to resident care.
- Coordinate with nursing staff to plan daily services, programs, and activities.
- Prepare and administer medications, reviewing medication cards for completeness and accuracy.
- Review resident care plans to ensure goals, problems, approaches, and revisions are met.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing personnel, making daily rounds to ensure direct care is provided in accordance with resident care plans.
- A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
