Key Responsibilities- Provide full-time clinical services as a stroke faculty physician at the Comprehensive Stroke Center.
- Collaborate with endovascular neurosurgeons, interventional neurologists, and neuroradiologists to develop and implement effective stroke treatment programs.
- Develop and lead educational programs for medical staff, health professionals, and patients on stroke prevention and management.
- Participate in research projects and contribute to the development of new treatments and technologies for stroke care.
- Work closely with the Director of the Acute Stroke program to develop and implement policies and procedures for stroke care.
- Participate in the teaching mission of Rutgers University, including teaching and mentoring fellows, residents, and medical students in cerebrovascular disorders.
- MD degree from an ACGME-accredited neurology residency program.
- Board certification or eligibility in neurology.
- Eligibility for a New Jersey medical license.
