This role is responsible for the daily collection of blood samples from patients. The ideal candidate will maintain open communication between laboratory departments, nursing units, and laboratory management. Ensuring quality and safe delivery of care to patients of all ages is a top priority. The successful candidate will be required to rotate on all shifts when necessary and cover other sites if needed. Additional duties may be assigned by laboratory management. After initial training and competency assessment, the candidate will be expected to work independently. Previous phlebotomy experience is preferred. Requirements:
