Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing ceiling tiles, filters, light bulbs, and patching vinyl, as well as making repairs to pipes, toilets, sinks, kitchen, and laundry equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain assigned equipment for the next day's work, ensuring it is operational and ready for use.
  • Refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms, including cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows, and counters, and paint and finish furniture and fixtures as needed.
  • Maintain the front entrance area, parking lot, and/or garage, as well as the exterior of the facility, grounds, pool, and exercise/sport facilities, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
  • Secure inventory and assets, including tools, supplies, equipment, furniture, and televisions, by following established procedures.
  • Replenish supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing waste.
  • Assist with other duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • 1 or more year(s) of general building maintenance and repair experience.
  • High school diploma or related vocational training preferred.
