Leasing Consultant

We're seeking a skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team at Corcoran Management Company. As a key member of our property management team, you'll be responsible for securing the best possible residents for our properties. Your primary focus will be on sales and marketing, providing excellent customer service, and handling lease administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct apartment tours, explaining pricing and lease terms, and processing rental applications.
• Develop lease packages and deliver exceptional customer service to facilitate smooth move-ins.
• Set sales goals and achieve them through innovative advertising, website marketing, and networking.
• Communicate closely with residents throughout their stay.
• Complete property inspections to ensure peak curb appeal.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
• Effective communication and computer skills, with a strong customer service focus.
• A positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
