Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of clinical duties and technical procedures to assist in the delivery of healthcare services to patients.
- Coordinate care of all in-patient and emergency department patients attending to our consulting for the Departments of Neurosurgery and Neurology.
- Display a commitment to the value of teamwork by building strong relationships with patients, families, co-workers, and the community.
- Maintain minimum requirements for maintaining National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants Certification, Maryland State Licensure, and Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance.
- Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.
- Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program.
- 1-3 years of experience.
American Heart Association CPR Certification, NCCPA Certification, Maryland PA License, ACLS, BCLS, and NIH Stroke Scale Certification, Maryland CDS Registration are required.
