Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technical activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of project milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and practices.
  • Engage with multiple departments, stakeholders, and external partners to drive project success.
  • Manage onsite job progress and address operational challenges as they arise.
  • Support administrative tasks as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Oversee personnel activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing department to secure pricing and delivery of necessary items.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated integrity, ethical conduct, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proven track record in relationship management and customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Work Schedule:

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly wage ranging from $36.47 to $52.88, with actual compensation determined by various factors.
