Key Responsibilities:

Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
Provide direct one-on-one patient care for a safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment experience.
Build long-term relationships with patients who receive treatment on average 3 times a week.
