Key Responsibilities

Core Duties:

  • Promote and sell skincare products and services
  • Conduct, explain, and schedule aesthetic consultations and treatments in accordance with established protocols
  • Educate patients and provide aftercare guidance
  • Recommend enhancements for aesthetic services and implement approved strategies promptly
  • Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional materials

Qualifications

Education, Skills & Experience:

  • Completion of an accredited esthetician program or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a medical or spa setting preferred
  • Proficient in basic computer operations and typing skills
  • Quick learner of new software and adept at using standard office equipment
  • Able to comprehend physician instructions and seek clarification when necessary
  • Consistently presents a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Exhibits a friendly, tactful, and compassionate attitude in interactions with others
