Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Pechanga Resort. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our resort facilities, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of all resort facilities, including lobby, restrooms, showers, pool area, laundry room, club houses, and outdoor areas.
  • Clean and sanitize all restrooms and showers daily, including scrubbing showers, cleaning walls, counters, and vents.
  • Replenish cleaning supplies and maintain organization of supply closets.
  • Remove trash from dedicated trash cans and public areas daily.
  • Maintain the RV Resort facilities throughout the day, including sweeping outdoor areas and mopping tiled areas.
  • Clean windows of the RV Resort office and Clubhouse as needed.
  • Provide excellent guest service, greeting guests warmly and responding to their requests promptly.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of housekeeping or related experience.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal and organizational skills.
