About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Stevens Point Health Services. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents and patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and transferring.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's or patient's condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training program.
  • Ability to relate positively and effectively with residents, patients, families, and other healthcare staff.
  • Special interest in working with long-term care residents and the elderly.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Meet all health requirements, as required by law.
