Wastewater Superintendent

At Skywalk Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Wastewater Superintendent to join our team in Lubbock, TX. As a key member of our water management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our wastewater treatment facilities.

• Analyze operational issues and records to ensure efficient procedures
• Prepare and monitor annual operating budget
• Create reports and presentations on plant operations
• Coordinate equipment repairs, identify needs, and recommend changes
• Develop and maintain public relations and associated public information programs
• Oversee plant laboratory, industrial waste monitoring, and sludge disposal

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, environmental engineering or related
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a wastewater treatment plant
• Valid driver's license
• Wastewater B Certification, or ability to obtain
