We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Server to join our team at The Verve Hotel in Natick, Massachusetts. As a Breakfast Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests each morning.

• Greet and Seat Guests: Ensure a warm welcome for our guests, seating them promptly and making them feel at home.
• Take Accurate Orders: Efficiently take food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Deliver Food and Beverages: Timely delivery of food and beverages to tables, maintaining a high level of service quality.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Address any concerns or special requests from guests, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Collaborate with Kitchen Staff: Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and efficient food delivery.
• Handle Transactions: Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions, maintaining a high level of financial integrity.

• Prior Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
• Food Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential.
• Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to provide top-notch service.
