As the 2nd Assistant Manager, you will be groomed to manage all aspects of store operations and will serve as the key advocate for the Customer Service Experience within your location.

You will engage in the interviewing, hiring, selection, development, and management of the store team, ultimately enabling your colleagues to thrive.
Prioritizing Customer Service:

Incorporating the rationale behind our actions and the consequences of failing to deliver exceptional customer service into your training is essential. Your leadership and example will be crucial in identifying opportunities throughout the store to enhance the customer experience and ensure the execution of proposed solutions.

This position will collaborate with the management team to ensure that all processes and tasks are executed effectively and efficiently.
Focus Areas Include:
Inventory oversight, Loss prevention, Achieving financial goals, Compliance with policies, Execution of marketing initiatives, Product presentation & signage, Meeting quality benchmarks, Store and team safety & security.
Occasionally addressing business interruptions such as loitering, solicitation, emergency weather situations, and restroom misuse.

You will receive training on all facets of store operations and will work alongside the team in various departments, including:
Body Care, Dairy/Frozen, Grocery, Produce, Receiving, and Vitamins, providing you with valuable insights into how each department operates and what it takes to achieve operational excellence.
There may be instances where you will need to assist with cleaning and maintenance as required.
Commitment to Results:
Availability for a full schedule is essential, including evenings and weekends.
