Sheet Metal Mechanic Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our team at Hopkins | Lacy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation and assembly of duct systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and minimal leaks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and assemble duct systems with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and foremen to ensure project safety and quality standards.
  • Supervise and train sheet metal mechanic helpers and laborers.
  • Network with colleagues to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Operate scissor lifts, JLG lifts, and forklifts safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong language and writing skills.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • OSHA 10 certification.
  • General understanding of construction workplaces and safety practices.
