We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital. As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical department.
Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures
- Assist the surgical team during procedures, including passing instruments and supplies
- Monitor patients and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and effective care
- Graduate of an approved surgical technologist program
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (NCCT, NBSTSA)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in a hospital-based OR setting preferred
