Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Steward to support our culinary team in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Your role is essential in ensuring that our kitchenware is spotless and ready for use, contributing significantly to the overall dining experience of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be an integral part of a compassionate team focused on enhancing the quality of senior living.
• Ensure thorough cleaning of all kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Efficiently operate and maintain the dishwashing machine.
• Monitor and replenish sanitizing supplies as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness in all service areas by sweeping and mopping regularly.
• Sanitize kitchen surfaces and equipment diligently.
• Restock towel and soap dispensers as required.
• Properly dispose of kitchen waste.
• Uphold cleanliness standards in all kitchen-related spaces.
• Regularly clean garbage containers and mats.

Qualifications:

• A collaborative spirit and a genuine passion for serving others.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of kitchen and dining operations is a plus.
• Experience in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living environments is advantageous.
