About the Job

The Army National Guard is seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team as Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) Crewmembers. As a member of this team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and operating the MLRS system, which is a highly specialized piece of equipment used to support infantry and tank units during combat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, maintain, and operate MLRS equipment to support infantry and tank units
  • Drive and maintain self-propelled launch vehicles
  • Reload ammunition and resupply vehicles
  • Test and maintain fire control systems
  • Mount radio sets and communication systems in all vehicles

Requirements

  • Military enlistment in the Army National Guard
  • Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or a GED certificate
  • Must be between the ages of 17 and 35
  • Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards
  • Must meet citizenship requirements
