We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA or GNA to provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and record patient condition, providing support and personal services as needed.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Teach patients and their families how to care for themselves, including the use of assistive devices and equipment.
  • Provide housekeeping and laundry services, as well as run errands and perform other tasks as needed.
  • Record patient information and notify the nursing supervisor of any changing or unusual conditions.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Licensed CNA or GNA
  • 6 months experience with in-home or facility care
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Reliable transportation
  • COVID Vaccination
