Position Overview:
As a member of the Room Service Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Efficiently set up and deliver all food and beverage orders, adhering to established guidelines and company standards.

2. Conduct regular floor sweeps to retrieve food and beverage trays, maintaining high sanitation standards.

3. Prepare and deliver VIP amenities as required.

4. Provide service to hospitality suites in accordance with Banquet Event Orders and established policies.

5. Complete all side work as outlined in the hotel's operational procedures.

6. Address customer needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure a quality experience and promote future sales. Communicate any issues to the immediate supervisor.

7. Handle cash transactions in compliance with company policies.

8. Maintain regular attendance and be available for scheduled shifts.

9. Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.



Qualifications:
1. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests.

2. Ability to lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 100 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.

3. Capability to transport large trays weighing up to 30 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style for various audiences.
