As a key member of our database administration team, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrading, administration, monitoring, performance tuning, maintenance, and handling database security of Oracle databases running on a Linux platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain Oracle databases across multiple platforms
  • Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless database operations
  • Develop and implement database security protocols to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
  • Monitor and analyze database performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional experience as an Oracle Database Administrator
  • Strong experience with database troubleshooting, performance tuning, and overall maintenance
  • Strong experience and knowledge of Golden Gate, specifically with bidirectional/active active/multimaster
  • Strong communication and soft skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cross-platform knowledge
  • Any cloud platform experience
  • Golden Gate implementation experience
