KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support operational processes to ensure smooth production flow
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Operate and maintain production support machinery
  • Complete necessary documentation accurately
  • Inspect products for quality assurance
  • Label products correctly

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to read and interpret scales and measuring tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a true team player
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift with scheduled breaks
  • Must pass post-offer drug screening, background checks, and essential functions assessment
