About the Opportunity
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also have access to equipment/instrumentation and administrative/support services for a fair market value.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid state optometry license
- Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school
- Valid state ophthalmology license
- General Liability Certificate
- Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
- W-9
