Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Griswold Home Care. As a home health care assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to elderly and special needs individuals in their homes.

About the Job
This is a part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop personalized care plans. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting clients with daily functions such as companionship, meal preparation, and personal care assistance.
  • Providing safety supervision and support to ensure clients' well-being.
  • Collaborating with the care team to address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • Experience as a CNA or similar role.
  • Weekend availability preferred.
  • Reliability and dependability.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable car.
  • A smartphone.
  • The ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • A willingness to get a TB skin test and flu shot/declination.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and availability. Additionally, you will receive:
  • Weekly pay with direct deposit.
  • Medical benefits through United Healthcare for those working over 35 hours/week and having been with us for at least 90 days.
  • Variety of shifts including morning, afternoon, and evening.
  • Paid training to further growth and education.
  • Paid sick time accrued by each employee when they start work.
  • Referral bonus up to $50 per referral.
