About the Position

Mavis Tire Supply is seeking a skilled Automotive Alignment Technician to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' vehicles are properly aligned, which is essential for maintaining tire wear and ensuring safe driving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use advanced equipment to align newly-mounted tires and wheels on customer vehicles
  • Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles to ensure proper alignment
  • Perform state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, and flat repairs as needed
  • Work with customers to understand their vehicle's specific needs and provide expert recommendations
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach, and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle and tire maintenance and repair
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds
