Job Title: Principal Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team at Paradigm. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure information systems, evaluating and recommending security solutions, and leading incident response efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure information systems, including network and endpoint security solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend security solutions to meet business needs, including data transfer and system access.
  • Lead incident response efforts, including containment, eradication, and recovery.
  • Collaborate with the security team to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and mentoring to junior security staff.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in information security.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with network security, endpoint security, or security threat vectors.
  • Minimum 2+ years of security incident response experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions.
