Finishing Technician

We are seeking a skilled Finishing Technician to join our team at Lincotek Medical. As a Finishing Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning, deburring, and polishing high-quality implants to meet our stringent quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Read and follow work instructions to ensure accurate and efficient processing of implants.
• Operate hand tools, air tools, and polishing lathes to achieve the desired surface finish.
• Verify quality by visual inspection against known standards.
• Complete all documentation as instructed.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and EHS initiatives as needed.
• Train and mentor new associates if required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a production environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of safety equipment and practices is preferred.
