Desktop Administrator

Overview:

National Beef, a leading producer of fresh, chilled, and further processed beef products, is seeking a skilled Desktop Administrator to join their team in Liberal, Kansas. As a Desktop Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and monitoring the Windows Desktops, Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and Network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Windows Desktops, Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and Network infrastructure
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop-related issues
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical staff to resolve issues and improve system performance
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and implement them as needed

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Windows Desktop, Active Directory, and Exchange
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical staff
