Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Salesperson. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the store is always clean and tidy, maintaining a high level of presentation and organization.
• Professionally check incoming goods and manage inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Stock goods and prioritize quality, implementing measures to inspire customers and motivate them to make a purchase.
• Convince customers with friendly demeanor, competent advice, and courteous service, building strong relationships and driving sales.

Requirements:

• Commercial apprenticeship or professional experience in retail, with a strong passion for customer service and sales.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, including weekends and evenings.
