Job Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing needs and responding to emergencies with precision and compassion.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Current RN licensure in Iowa
- Experience in ED or ICU setting preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights, with a 36-hour workweek
