Key Responsibilities:- Provide routine daily direction and monitor the work of LPNs and nursing assistants to ensure high standards of nursing care.
- Assist in the orientation of new nursing personnel and reinforce training standards to maintain a high quality of care.
- Communicate regularly with the Director of Nursing regarding assessments, observations, and suggestions of problem areas.
- Observe and evaluate residents' health, mental, and emotional conditions and communicate significant changes to appropriate staff.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
- Devotion to standards and principles of professional nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive hourly rate of $49.00.
- A generous benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
