We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Covenant Living. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide routine daily direction and monitor the work of LPNs and nursing assistants to ensure high standards of nursing care.
  • Assist in the orientation of new nursing personnel and reinforce training standards to maintain a high quality of care.
  • Communicate regularly with the Director of Nursing regarding assessments, observations, and suggestions of problem areas.
  • Observe and evaluate residents' health, mental, and emotional conditions and communicate significant changes to appropriate staff.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience.
  • Devotion to standards and principles of professional nursing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
