Job Summary

Center for Human Development is seeking a skilled Clinician to provide specialized programming for adolescent males in our recovery home. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and experience working with youth and providing developmentally-appropriate substance use services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
  • Provide on-the-floor support to direct care staff as needed
  • Participate in a monthly on-call supervisor rotation
  • Develop and implement culturally competent treatment plans
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Experience working with youth and providing developmentally-appropriate substance use services
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
Work Schedule

The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Tuesday-Saturday 12-8 or Sunday-Thursday. Must have weekend flexibility.

Compensation

$62,000 per year
