About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained and running efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with scheduling employees and training mechanics
  • Monitor daily accident reports and establish efficient repair schedules
  • Establish priority of maintenance and repairs based on availability of materials and parts
  • Help ensure company and client equipment is maintained and operating efficiently
  • Control and monitor inventory, examine worn or damaged parts, and make recommendations for repair/replacement to management
  • Ensure all vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and properly working
  • Implement safety policies and procedures for the department and maintain a safe working environment
  • Ensure property, grounds, and facilities are clean and well organized
Requirements
  • Courteous and professional demeanor
  • At least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Safety-minded
  • Valid Arizona driver's license
  • Commercial driving license with passenger and airbrake endorsements
  • Appropriate automotive service excellence (ASE) certifications preferred
  • Master mechanic certification preferred
  • Able to read and write English
