Luxury Lounge Ambassador - Part-time Position
Estimated Salary
$12-$15 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Description
This part-time position requires an individual with a warm and welcoming personality to engage our premium guests in the M CLUB Lounge. As a Luxury Lounge Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring every detail of their visit is perfect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards
- Anticipating and addressing guests' service needs
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Stocking supplies and requisitioning additional items as needed
- Documenting pertinent information in the department logbook
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of closely related work experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion when interacting with premium clientele
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a presentable appearance in line with service standards
- Physical stamina to work long hours while standing
