Key Responsibilities:
As a float pool nurse, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of settings. This may include:
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Documenting patient information and communicating with families and caregivers
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A current RN license in the applicable state of practice
- At least one year of experience in acute care nursing
- BLS certification
- The ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
