Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions, ensuring a memorable experience for our patrons.
- Beverage Expertise: Discover guest needs and suggest beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals, showcasing your knowledge of our drink menu.
- Bar Operations: Be the master of the bar, understanding all aspects to promote a well-run shift by proper preparation, maintaining par levels of all stock and supplies.
- Cash Handling: Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Bartending experience in a hotel or related setting, with a record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Communication: Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner.
- Appearance and Demeanor: Maintain an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor, adhering to our company's standards.
- Availability: Must be available for various shifts, including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate a team player attitude, with a guest-first mentality and a commitment to excellence.
- Age Requirement: Minimum age of 21 years old.
