Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinician II to join our Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) team. As a Clinician II, you will be responsible for delivering clinical services to identified clients, assessing their needs, and providing individual, family, and group therapy services.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans that meet the client's needs, ensuring timely completion within agency-set timeframes.
  • Clinical Services: Provide individual, family, and group therapy services, adjusting treatment plans as needed to maintain proper utilization of services.
  • Meetings and Communication: Meet with clients regularly, coordinating treatment services with schools, other agencies, and significant others when necessary.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports, completing progress notes, data verification, and other forms according to agency policies and procedures.
  • Supervision and Training: Participate in weekly supervision meetings, attend program-specific staff meetings, and complete all assigned trainings within the allotted timeframe.
  • Data Processing: Coordinate client data processing procedures, producing required reports and paperwork within set timeframes.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's Degree in counseling or social sciences.
  • Licensure: Associate License credential (LMHCA, LMFTA, or LICSWA) or Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor (LAAC) credential, or eligible to obtain LAAC.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $31.50 - $38.40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
