About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our Surgical Renal unit. Key Responsibilities- To provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures, demonstrating a high level of skill and expertise in the delivery of critical care services.
- To work collaboratively with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, ensuring that all needs are met and that patients receive timely and effective interventions.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress, communicating effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals as needed.
Eligibility for this role requires licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of a registered nurse in another state. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, and a Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred.
A strong understanding of renal disease and its management, as well as experience working in a surgical renal setting, is highly desirable. The ability to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is also required.
