Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three to five years of experience in the Emergency Department and will be required to obtain Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 60 days of hire. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced emergency room environment
  • Utilize Meditech electronic medical record system
  • Cover holidays as required
  • Deliver excellent patient care and uphold hospital standards
Requirements:
  • Current RN MA License required
  • Minimum Associate's degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) required
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) to be obtained within 60 days of hire
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA PALS) required within six months of hire
