About the RoleAs a Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and businesses recover from disasters such as fires, floods, and mold infestations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Following established remediation and restoration procedures to ensure thorough and efficient cleanup of damaged properties.
- Maintaining company equipment and ensuring it is in good working order.
- Collecting and documenting detailed information about each job, including photos, notes, and videos.
- Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with property owners.
- Conducting minor demolition and other tasks as required.

To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a valid driver's license.

- Be available to work after hours and on rotation for emergency calls.
