Job Summary:

An Executive Nurse Leader oversees nursing services during evening, night, and weekend shifts at Christus Health.


About the Role:

This leadership position requires a valid RN license, certifications in BLS and ACLS, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. The supervisor operates in dynamic and often unpredictable environments.


Responsibilities:

- Directs and supervises nursing service and activities

- Responsible for effective patient care and management

- Ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies


Requirements:

- Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

- Current valid NM or compact RN License

- Certifications in BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association)

- Minimum six months of management experience or five years of acute care clinical experience

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
