About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Flagstone Pavers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on automated machinery and manufacturing equipment
  • Inspect and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor belt systems
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and voltage meters to diagnose issues
  • Perform light welding and fabrication of machine parts using Stick or MIG welding techniques
  • Troubleshoot and repair Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) using Allen Bradley or Siemens products
  • Assist with building, grounds, and preventative maintenance throughout the facility

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience as an industrial technician
  • At least two years of experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial setting
  • Working knowledge of CMMS software systems
